I read the original in German, and the translation is not exactly accurate. In a nutshell the article is not accurate in English and I wish the US should arrive at the low unemployment rates that Germany has. With all the trickery the US has around 16% unemployed from those wanting tho work and as a percentage of employed form the total population this number is sliding in the US. Those are the true numbers one should compare unemployment.
