You are trying to compare the booing of a soldier serving in Iraq because he is gay with a challenge to ballots on legal grounds.

Why does he need to tell us he is gay? Its too much information. I think it would completely inappropriate for me to go around and tell people in public anything about my sex life. Its not anyone else's business and not my business to know anything about any soldiers sex life, I don't want them telling me.
