During the time to 2021, there will be financial turmoil and bank run along the way. not an easy road. I have seen boom and bust in certain district in Kowloon. People are forced to move from one old district to a newly developed district. This is a very unique way to make money for the RE developer. Thanks for the article.

because we have been collecting industrial rentals immediately adjacent to the old airport and along ocean
cost basis average hkd 1k (usd 125) psf
shore since 1997, harvesting 8% yield on cost all along the dire way
patiently waiting for redevelopment all this time
soon to be rewarded
again
guessing 10x given location and ocean view, and given the units are all in 5-storey low rise buildings of big city block-sized footprints w/ few unit owners thus able to gather and call the shots
