The tax code is uneven because its progressive and makes wealthy people pay a larger percentage ... except for those with the means to avoid taxes like Buffet.

What she wants to take is MORE, because she doesn't think people deserve the money they make ... they're just lucky.

Al, > This is an inane objection of yours...she's talking about degree...if you followed her remarks you'd also know that she's is objecting to the unevenness of the tax code...some pay nothing and others pay a lot...depends on how many tax attorneys and lobbyists one can afford.

There's nothing in her words that talks about degree. As far as I'm concerned, you're the one introducing that context, not her.

Just like when you introduced the context about the deficit. Nothing in her words mentions the federal deficit, but you brought it up.

> i asked you how much she wants to take and you didn't answer, proof positive that you really don't have a point...

That question is something YOU really ought to be answering, if you're of the opinion that her words are relatively benign and don't amount to a socialist manifesto.

But since you asked me for an answer, I'll give you one. She probably wants to take everything after leaving behind some "fair share" for the factory owner. After all, her "logic" would apply just as much to that extreme as it would to some relatively benign difference.
