John, don't get me wrong, I talked to him also(a while ago) and came away with the same questions to his answers. My impression was not a good one, especially when I asked about the Reg S shares, and the answer I got was, well those were a long time ago,they should be gone.
What kind of an answer is that??

PS: I think these "lost records" have thrown a real monkey wrench into this company, that is going to come back and haunt them bigtime (IMO)
