Really, most exploration companies, including CCO, HAT, etc., only drill in the winter in the Athabasca basin for uranium because they must wait for the swamps to freeze, aks them how they do it!!!

Well a thaw shed and sluice plant in a "mill" building would work but the grades these days would not justify the expense. You would need very high grade. Much easier to work in the warm weather unless you are underground. Winter underground was successful in the 1980's with sluicing in the summer.

As to the 775,000 T, nothing jumps out at me, I'll keep supposing ...
