ATTENTION BIG NEWS!!!!
It is amazing what a little calm insistance will do. I was owed
a certificate for my last 5000 shares of RMIL. My request was
bounced back 3 times to the broker. I wrote my letter to my
branch manager and the NASD. This was only on November 5th.
Yesterday the Merrill branch manager told me that finally I was
getting somewhere. He just called me and gave me my certificate
number and said that my certificate had been processed. You can
rest assured that if I didnt write that letter, I would be sitting
here with my thumb up my you know what, for God knows how long.
My point..when you have a broker that is willing to help you (ie -
Full Service) you get some action. It only took 2 days to get my
certificate when the Merrill manager was helping me. GET ON THE PHONE!!!

Pugs, , Thats what I mean, it's always from him. What if he hasn't been telling the whole truth?
What if mork is correct, that they have been commiting fraud, what if?
You have no way of knowing about that money, but it's always right around the corner. What about the restricted shares, the float started out being 1.6, now the company will only say "800k are insider".

best to you as well.
