While we take a break after the morning ride, I want to clarify a couple of posts that had some errors, honest ones that they were.

1.Someone questioned whether the Class V rate for disposing of ~$20 per barrel had been dictated by Government agencies. It is not.

The rate of $16.80 to $29.40 per barrel is totally set by market forces for the particular geographic area. Neither the Federal nor State/local environmental agencies have any control over these rates.

2. Way back, we talked about the acquisition of LPS and someone had commented that a portion of the 7 million shares given to LPS principals for that acquisition could be exercised. I have checked with the Company and verified that ALL of the shares are RESTRICTED stock and subject to the restrictions for 144 stock. As such, ALL of those shares will be held long term.

I hope this clarifies any questions regarding these two issues.
