Ratan - hugh Call activity indicates that many of us are betting on a higher offer. I was looking at the April 20 calls, but I think you are right. The ones you bought have expire one week before the deadline for share submission. The only down side is if the deal doesn't go through correct?

Please respond ASAP, I highly respect your opinion.

<<Yes it is subject to change if there is a higher offer from anyone. As a matter of fact many people, including me, have speculated on a higher offer and have bought shares as well as options. I bought 5000 shares at 19 11/16 and have an order in for 100 dec 17 1/2 calls at 2 5/16.>>

Thank for the advise. I hope that you and other people will continue to buy a lot, this may reduce my lost :)

More seriously, I think I will also buy some call. There are so cheap, the risk is limited...

BTW, how long a potential buyer have to make a second bid? I presume before November 25?

Olivier
