Oddly enough, the hormone free, grass fed prime rib is no more expensive than the crap from the local megastores. Not in Toronto.. I pay PREMIUM..

But oh so much more tasty. YES..

I don't care about the calories,but I sure do about flavor. Don't worry... if it's grass fed it has a good balance of Omegas.. unlike corn fed poor in Omega 3 (which causes our health problems) .. damn healthy actually the grass fed stuff.
