Looking at those charts, it's easy to see that the 5 year decline in manufacturing -16.9% and construction -22.2% are choking the economy.

Can you imagine what a boom we would see if the money wasted on Solar kickbacks were invested in energy exploration companies, who have a real business plan and real opportunity for job expansion?

Small company loans would kick off an explosion in energy producing jobs.
