The trashed dollar makes it easy for them.

As for picking up the cheap stuff...Only the less desirable stuff is dirt cheap. The stuff I want needs to fall another 30-40% get get back where it was 10-12 years ago.

There is way too much cash out there only it is concentrated in 5-10% of us here in the states and as you point out well off foreigners slowly buying up the US.. Competition is fierce for any equity and quite different from the RTC bust due to the internet and zero rate policies. Nice to see you back MJ
