focus on new partnership for their products m118 and m402 and development of FOB , progress will be measure on the capacity of get partners for their products, if they are so good why no company except of novartis partnership with them??? hope probe me wrong, future expectance is what make growth companies,,give the market what they want ,,a clear path for growth base on partnership and timelines,,,hope work , i like this stock base on innovation factor

Hearing for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction in the Amphastar case is this Friday at 2:30PM. I'd guess this wouldn't wind up till after market close. Legal folks: the ruling for the TRO could come at the end of the hearing, no? But the PI would await the expedited discovery, right?
