If I was an officer of Rmil and was fully aware that every word spoken by me would be scrutinized by pehaps thousands of people (investors, curiosity seekers, and regulating agencies) I would choose those words VERY carefully so as not give the slightest impression of impropriety. With that said, does anybody really think that Morgan has deliberately lied to RMIL investors, knowing his remarks would be posted on a public forum for all parties to witness? A savvy caller could easily set him up in a recorded phone call (legal or not) and use
the info toward advantage (outside of court).
Just trying to be practical here.
Also, according to John Gault, he and Morgan "bumped horns" and apparently the relationship deteriorated from there to a point where
Morgan just flat out was uncooperative with him. Maybe Morgan is a testy guy who thought he was getting 3rd degree'd.
All speculation I admit, but I just can't conceive Morgan perpetuating
a fraud under these circumstances (or Riley G for that matter).
