Ken, and other missing parts---

I don't know about "anatomically correct" Ken, but there was Earring Magic Ken which surprised a lot of people. I remember a front page story in The Chicago Reader, a local free paper, pointing out that Ken didn't have anywhere to use his stylish ring.
