Hi Dak.

I think we go forward in real estate as city states. Areas of prosperity and areas of depression.

Our national economy is really looking dangerous with a long intractable depression seemingly in the cards ; but certain areas will prosper. And prosperity will be in those areas that have something to sell the world.

Farm communities (that are not in the dust bowl) should prosper.

4.6% unemployment in my town and it is booming.

People are getting out of commercial RE as well. :))

Time to buy is probably next year?
