Sorry, Skipper, but your disagreement is with those philosphers and physicists I cited, not with me. And far from being "pseudo-philosophers", Hume and Berkeley are among the first team. Their arguments aren't nearly so easy to defeat as you seem to think. As I mentioned, I'm quite happy with cause and effect and other such assumptions of Realism.
