Romney is a moderate, just as McCain is. Any poll that shows that Romney is the only guy that can beat Obama is just horse manure, IMO. We're being feed by a left wing media and statist GOP this garbage

Agree.

In 2008 I was hoping that Hillary would get the nomination, rather than Obama. I thought that if a Dem would end up winning, at least she was a relatively known quantity, and a competent person. I thought she would be better for the country... at least in a sense that she was likely to cause less damage... that she, like her husband, would be attentive to the public mood and less likely to go rogue.

The media and center left support Romney because they are hedging.... they hope for the least amount of damage to their agenda in case Obama loses.
