Funny you need the Bush tax cuts to expire, much higher interest rates and a stock market crash that doesn't 'V' so this Gilded Age ends for that Palm Beach mansion<g> Hey I just bought an adjoining parcel now have half interest in almost 120 acres of future commercial land use next to a large industrial park just off two Turnpike interchanges.. An abandoned 125k sf Home Depot trucking distribution facility sits right across their drainage retention area from our site. Hah maybe we should partner up on where the real opportunities lie the next decade?
