I'm sorry...how did you connect solar power company government investments and the Follies post advocating for KP punishment for being gay?

Is this part of your "ballpark"?

And oh yes, if the KP punishment does not work on those gays, maybe a good public spanking would be better and followed by a suitable number of lashings if it still continues. Use the pickup pulling solution only when all else fails.
