Good article, but he's very cagey about his recommendations. As in, he only briefly mentions one.

Most compelling graph in that article for me is the ratio of CDNX to HUI. He also makes the case that it may take an administration change to restore confidence to the miners. I guess it's all psychological, as Barack hasn't exactly rammed a Liberal agenda down America's throat...

Certainly the article confirms the miniscule trading levels of lots of junior miners.
