Chinu,
I moved all of our accounts out of BoA about 2 months ago. I walk my talk. Mostly, I did it because I think if their assets were marked to market, then they'd be declared insolvent. I just didn't want to deal with the FDIC to get my money back when they go under. But now that I hear of the debit card fees, I'm glad I moved.

I'm in a local Federal Credit Union now and not only do they may me about 2% interest on my checking, but my debit card usage is free. Local banks do a much better job of serving customers and they aren't hopelessly insolvent either. I recommend that everyone simply pull their money out of BoA and find a local bank that is solvent and has a good book of business in the community. You'll enjoy the rewards immediately and even more so when the top 10 banks start folding like a house of cards.

All the collusion by the Fed, Obama, and Geithner isn't going to put the banking Humpty Dumpty back together again. They had a chance to fix it and they couldn't get it done. Now we will all pay the consequences. At least you can insulate yourself a little bit, though.
