Chris, I have not watched this one closely for a number of weeks (as I have explained before). Unlike EEXSO thathad a business that I could guestimate a value for here I cannot even do that, I know not waht is the value of two restaurants devided among about 100,000,000 shares (by the time the conversion is finished, possibly even more, let see, If I remember, the Rubins, held together some $9 MM of the floorless, so at 3 cents a pices this comes to about 300 MM shares? I am not willing to touch this one despite the fact that it has potential for a tripple bagger. The bid size is still much smaller than the ask size, as I said about a month ago, this might very well be a basket case. Zeev
