Most of those living in where Jim wants to be made their wealth in the blue socialist republics of the big northeastern cities, Canada and Europe...lol Ask Jim why they never relocated their business down here as it was always about unions and taxes and regulations i am always told? You would think Jim roots for stronger unions then so those superwealthy gilded age tycoons make less money and thus their PB mansions go down in value another 30-40%...lol
