Still waiting. The FDA gave approval pending labeling on September 18th. As I understand it, it was estimated to be between 8 - 10 weeks for final acceptance by the FDA. As of tomorrow, it will have been 9 weeks. Remember, labeling is a big issue with the FDA and since this is the first and only approved test the FDA will take all the time it needs to scrutinize every word.
