Thanks for your informative post.

You're right and Bill Jackson is wrong, as usual. I talk to MM's and fund people everyday. By watching a level 2 machine and knowing who is short and long takes all the guess work out it. The shorts work on a dis-information basis. They constantly feed phony info out to the market place.
