"What always drives me nuts is that no one explains to the people that everyone on earth cannot be a millionaire or billionaire." It's much worse than that. Not everyone on Earth can be a middle class American. They see them on TV, and want to be one. Not every country can consume 25% of the world's resources. Not even ours, anymore! Cheap foreign labor and robots don't benefit Americans losing their jobs. The ONLY people they benefit are the capitalists at the top, who employ the (R) party (plus many (D)'s) and their millions of useful idiots to ensure that they don't have to share those benefits.
