Concerning the cancellation of shares.... I'm not doubting the person who said this, but where did this person get the information from. Just curious. And when will it be made public?

I am not aware of the existence of convertibble preferred shares. I do know that the LPS acquisition was made with 144 restricted stock which will not be exercised any time soon. I will try, as others have, to answer as many questions as I can. But Franco, David Smith, Neil, Russell, Steve Durrington, and others are not the IR department. As with any investment, individuals should all attempt to do their own DD. In that manner, the knowledge base of all will increase and we will all benefit. TraderGreg
