cost of extraction $8 to $10 per barrel or lower. Still that cheap with all the water they need pump in ?

I think I'll do some digging ... Other problem is they need to fund all their infrastructure and education expenses for the demise of oil ... I doubt they can live with oil much below 70, especially considering the double whammy of the USD depreciation in the last 5 years... Arabs are between a rock and a hard place
