What about the JFTC, KFTC, EC, FTC, SEC, NYAG...

FPG, how many times do we have to go over this?

No Court of Law has ever found Intel guilty of illegal business practices.

Kangaroo Courts, where Intel was denied the right to a fair defense, have found Intel in violation of certain business practice rules but those are on appeal in actual Courts of Law. The FTC caved in when they realized thay had no case. As for the NYAG, have you ever seen a shakedown before?

It's amazing to me that AMD can lie to you over and over again for year after year, yet when they accuse Intel, suddenly AMD's word is absolute gospel! I could understand it if AMD had a reputation for honesty and forthrightness, but really!
