Given he hasn't has a sell since then... no need to get too excited if we finally have a rally after his numerous buy signals.

<The lower close on lower volume than the Aug 8 low COULD be good news for a rally. I don't think so. I think we crossed that successful test on the 9/22 and it doesn't matter anymore. After being a raging bull a week ago I'm now a bear for the first time since 2000 following the ECRI call. I think a bear is inevitable. Sure we can get a rally but I think the institutional traders now have an 800 lb gorilla in their office since the ECRI report was out and it's reminding them to sell into rallies.
