Yes Chief, off the low of Mar '09 one can argue that this is just another wood chuck hole on the road to happiness. No argument there from me. I strongly suspect this market will rally in November and December. My only concern is where will the rally to hold and off of what lows? Finding a bottom will require basing and back testing which will take time. This is why I suspect November and December a rally will emerge. But, until I see the white in the MM's eyes I will not alter my plans for Holloween. Fear will reign up till then.
