Stock talk, Sorry. Dont know how. It's not on the web, its on our Bloomberg machine. I typed everything that was on Bloomberg. I left a message with IR at FATS requesting a copy of the research report if they have it and are allowed to send it.

Couldn't find a link but heres a copy of the upgrade. Firearms Training: Loewenbaum FY98 Net View 32c/Shr NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Loewenbaum & Co. initiated coverage of Firearms Training Systems Inc. (FATS) with a strong buy rating for both the short-and long-term. In a research note, the firm estimated Firearms Training Systems will earn 32 cents a share in fiscal 1998 and 45 cents a share in fiscal 1999. The company's fiscal year ends in March. Loewenbaum set a 12-month share price target of 9. Shares of Firearms Training Systems were recently trading at 6, up 1/16, but well below the 52-week high of 16 1/4 set March 11.
