Pat, This deal sucks for shareholders and we are getting screwed by AMTX management for accepting that offer. I always believed in the AMTX story as was put forth by this thread and have much of my shares purchased back in the mid-20s. Just great. Now I am losing money because of my resolve to hold AMTX long term. I can not say how much this stinks for investors in my position. For anyone who bought when AMTX was around $10 they have doubled their money. I had no more money to buy AMTX at those prices because it was all tied up here back at mid-20 prices. I am angry as hell and am out of this sector with a vengeance. I'll hold on to my AMTX shares on the offhand chance a bidding war may ensue to drive the price up. What a complete long-term dog this stock was. Hal
