Steve IMO the list of possibilities is very long. I'd guess 3Com and LU would be likely candidates. This whole thing could get interesting and I'd like to know more about the TI/AMTX deal.

My immediate question is....will WSTL up their bid or look else where?

Speaking for myself, I interested as much as before because I hold shares in 3Com and AWRE. 3Com and TXN have a very close relationship in x2 and xDSL.

I don't think we've seen all of those who really have the desire along with the resources to buy AMTX...or for that matter AWRE show up. TI is one of the heavy hitters for sure.
