Looks like some 100k of stock hit the market just a bit ago, taking the price down to 2 1/8. IMO this is the same thing that happenned yesterday afternoon when brokers dumped margin calls. They don't care what they get for the shares - the more they sell the greater their commission. MM's wait for this with bated breath and just take the bid down and down. Didn't see the details so some of this could have been crosses between MM's but I expect much of it was related to margin calls.

Institutions and major investors, if they were to want to lighten up, are too smart to dump them all at once. I expect that like yesterday, we'll see some trading at this price followed by some later rebound - a good opportunity for the traders again.
