I think his interpretation of VIX is all wrong -- it keeps pulling back and won't make a new high -- ergo, the market has NOT put in a low yet ... real fear would be VIX at least back to its more recent high -- couldn't even make that. We are red now and the VIX is staying low -- no one believes this can roll over here is what it is saying -- so what will be the likely result?? watch and see, I s'pose.
