I understand your disappointment. But you do have to look at the alternative. What if the company did not have the cash flow to stay in business? What about the engineers and management who have an interest in continuing this technology. They are better off with TI than with no jobs. And if WSTL was not able to finance this acquisition then even the sharesholders are better off.

Just too much SHORT term uncertainty. WE can (and I am going to ) still vote NO for the acquisition. Management only has 7% of the shares. I dont know how many WSTL has. Just my ramblings in this time of sorrow!!
