Not joking BS. Have a look at the foundations. Note that they do NOT have steel sticking out. Not even "starter rods". Do you think that was the only building in China built like that? youtube.com

I nearly bought a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment in Beijing several years ago, but must admit that I did wonder about the structure. It was still in the construction phase and the concrete looked passable. Not honey-combed and when tapped gave a reasonable sound. That's not exactly definitive mechanical testing and didn't tell me if the steel was right in the walls and columns, let alone the foundations. Now I suspect that the foundations were as fake as the fake foundations under the huge new collapsed road leading north from Beijing.
