Ah, the old grey ooze clonist thinking - "all humans are the same". < OK.. so folks is folks :O) China / US... all the same.. : > You have obviously not had anything to do with cancer cells. Even the individual cancer cells are not the same in the same person, let alone the people being the same as each other. The one thing humans are is NOT the same as each other, even genetically, let alone in their thinking. A Buddhist is not the same as a head-hacking Jihadist, for example.

It's fashionable to claim so, but it's as plain as day that it's not true. Eugenics got bad press earlier in the 20th century and genocidal conquest went out of fashion too [mostly though it still happens sometimes]. But eugenics is still being done everywhere, every day and a good job of it is being done, for the most part. Hence the Flynn Effect among other changes.

Of course nowhere is perfect. Even I'm not perfect. I have to increase my modesty and humility a fraction to achieve that state but I'm pretty well there. But some people are better than others and that includes en masse.
