David, like I said, sick, sick, sick. Wonder where Hillary's Childrens Defense Fund is in all this? I really do hope that the prosecution appeals the sentence handed down to the murderess....but you know, I guess there really has to be implied malice, so the yard stick for punishment seems to be how the perpetrator was "feeling" at the time of the killing, yeah she killed the child, but she really didn't mean to so it really shouldn't count. I'm still waiting for that Barry Scheck to say " well, maybe the dingo shook the baby....."
