Carl, I don't know the float, but I understand that the Total Shares Outstanding is around 45-50M or so.

I also understand that there are some very large blocks of shares that are owned by some investor group (or groups). Those shares are considered to be in "long term" hands. So that's good.

This is just what I understand from my research. Hope it helps.
