I sang all the hymns in the Libertarian Choir book for twenty five years. If you adapt that position, you won't have a voice in the solution.

The majority of people now, and always will, be against letting somebody die in the streets because an ER won't treat them. So a solution has to be premised on solving that problem. Just saying "Charity" is an evasion, IMO.
