Z, > I do know many people very closely who do have their lives dictated more and more by people in upper classes who are getting more powerful.

Name one example of how the upper classes are supposedly dictating how the lower classes ought to live.

I can give you SEVERAL examples of how government is dictating how we should all live our lives.

>> Big difference between government spending and household spending. An individual doesn't have the ability to tax and does not have trillions of dollars coming in every year.

And neither does a household have 14 trillion in debt, plus 100 trillion in unfunded commitments to its residents.

And in my years of dealing with client's personal financial situations, NOT ONCE did I ever have a client ask me, "How can I get MORE MONEY to live on now by reducing my children's future standards of living?"

Which is precisely what the Left is doing today.

It is the most morally bankrupt thing I've ever heard of in my life. Leaving your children neck deep in debt so YOU can have an easier life now?

WTF? You think that's okay?

I honestly don't know how people who support this spending can sleep at night.
