Does the SOX rule the world... I don't know but I do know that it's a pretty good barometer of tech spending. If it were for Socialist tards in Europe we would probably be heading to recovery because companies can only cut spending and grow profits so long before they are forced to actually start investing money again and use their cash. That is how the cycles work. When firing and cutting costs no longer grows earnings, they start investing money in projects to try to grow earnings that way. Human psychology at work. Europe still isn't fixed. Stock prices are really cheap unless there is an economic collapse rather than flattish growth. What will we get? People work hard to prevent a complete collapse, so the odds are highly in favor against that appocolypse occurring in the short term.
