Thanks for the piece, Jay. It's interesting that Westergaard of all places should say this. First off, Asensio is no more obscure to bears than Westergaard is to bulls. In point of fact he is very well known. Second, although I am not interseted in either condoning or condemning Asensio's tactics, I would like to point out that the Westergaard site is in general the opposite of a "hatchet" outfit, i.e. it's a hype site. Actually, we have an intersting case here, a kind of strange obverse of the ol' pot calling the kettle black- Asensio disses the companies he follows, while Westergaard hypes its picks, and both exploit the internet to the best of their abilities. Whatever. It's a war of rhetoric and deceit for the most part. Sigh.... Anaxagoras

F. Jay Abella,III You have hit the nail right on the head! Ascenios is probably a good poker player, The only way Zonagen can defend themselves is to release all data regarding Vasomax. It is mostly made up with a compound that has been around for years as a blood pressure drug (old news). But it is tweaked somehow into a pill for help in some cases of ED.So does Zonagen defend themselves and reveal there hand by suing and then showing all there data and the formula they perfected but may have trouble with a patent.They probably will show the confidence that around 50 million in the bank will do for you,and sit tight and weather this brutal strorm that comes with success!
