Dysfunction is a vital part of our government procedure. Please do not let the brain dead liberals convince you otherwise. If almost a half of the people are against an idea the other half wants to buy votes dysfunction is the only means of preventing it from becoming law. This is how a republic works and works very well. Do not let them take this vital governmental procedure away from you the American people.
