Take a look at CORR. They got turned down by FDA past summer and is now up 100%. This is after a second larger study showed the efficacy of its drug.

I am sure those numbers should be available out there but have no idea where to look for them. For a successful example you can find it in CNTO's anti-clotting heart drug. For an unsuccessful example you can find it in XOMA's sepsis drug. Good luck.
