Neeka, BTW...........I see you are a strong supporter of using emotions to achieve goals. That is what people do when they do not possess logical solutions. In case you didn't know...............this is considered cowardly in most civilized societies. An explanation of organizing concepts and training would take a whole three hour college course. During the teaching of MBA's I required the book, "Rules for Radicals," by Saul Alinski, and his article, "The Ends Justifies the Means," to be read. Then, role playing sessions were used instructing future managers how to cope with various tactics of the opposition, and how the various leadership styles can impact whether a corporation can be unionized. From my experiences, "Management Makes the Difference." Many universities have not introduced their students to the tactics used in labor relation confrontations and how leadership styles can impede or encourage unionization.
