Seems to be that way. Maybe this movement will start in confusion and achieve focus, whereas the Tea-People seem to have done the opposite, losing focus and getting confused.

It's hard to see the two movements coalescing, since anti-union sentiment is a hallmark of the right wing. How's Fox news treating it? With contempt, I imagine, but I haven't checked.
